Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
